1. Who We Are

LexBook ("LexBook," "we," "us," or "our") is a Software-as-a-Service platform that provides automated lead capture, consultation scheduling, and practice management tools for solo and small law firms. Our service is available at lexbook.online.

LexBook is a technology platform only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

2a. Information from Law Firm Users (Subscribers)

  • Name, email address, and firm name provided during account registration
  • Billing information processed securely by Dodo Payments (we do not store card details)
  • Practice area, timezone, and working hours configured in your settings
  • Usage data and interaction logs within the LexBook dashboard

2b. Information from Prospective Clients (Leads)

When a prospective client ("lead") submits an inquiry through a law firm's LexBook intake page, we collect on behalf of the law firm:

  • Full name, email address, and phone number
  • Case type and optional case description
  • Consultation booking date and time
  • Device timezone (used for scheduling accuracy)

Important: Lead data is collected by LexBook as a data processor on behalf of the law firm (the data controller). The law firm is responsible for obtaining any required consent from their clients.
